Eagan Staff

  • Joanne Esser

School Director and Art Studio Teacher

Joanne holds a B.S. in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, an M. Ed. in Early Childhood Education from the University of Minnesota and an MFA in Creative Writing from Hamline University.  Early in her career, she taught primary grades in progressive elementary schools for twelve years, and then became a school administrator for five years. Recognizing that she was especially drawn to the youngest learners, Joanne shifted from elementary school to teaching early childhood education. She taught at a nature-based preschool and Pre-K at a local independent school for fourteen years before coming to All Seasons in 2019.

  • Kylen Glassmann

    Toddler Teacher

Kylen holds a bachelor’s degree in music and theatre from Catholic University in Washington, D.C., as well as an M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education from the University of Minnesota. She spent time teaching kindergarten at a Saint Paul charter school before coming to All Seasons back in 2017. She taught in the all-day preschool classroom at Inver Grove Heights until 2020. After taking time off to stay home with her daughter, she is thrilled to be back at All Seasons for a new adventure in the toddler program.

  • Ruby Kramer

    Preschool Teacher

Ruby teaches full days in the Autumn Room. She graduated from St. Olaf College with a B.A. in Psychology and a concentration in neuroscience. She worked as a Behavior Technician with children who have special needs at Fraser in Minneapolis before joining All Seasons in 2021.

  • Abbie Krohn

    Preschool Teacher

Abbie teaches full days in the Winter Room. Abbie holds a BA in Theater and is currently finishing her MA in Environmental Education and Natural Science. In the past decade, she's taken on a variety of roles in early childhood education, ranging from teaching at the Minneapolis Children's Theater to being a naturalist through the DNR's "No Child Left Inside" program. Incorporating imagination, storytelling, and child-led play in outdoor settings is where her passion lies, and she was excited to join the staff at All Seasons in January of 2023.

  • Nicole Heiss

    Preschool Teacher

Nicole teaches part-days in the Winter Room. Nicole holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota. She earned her teaching license from Hamline University and is currently working on her master's degree in education. This is her first year of teaching and she is so excited to be at All Seasons. She is a mother to four children, two of whom are graduates of All Seasons. Nicole loves working with children and getting to know each of them!

  • Jenni Loebel

    Toddler Teacher

Jenni lives in Rosemount with her husband John and two kids: Brynn, an All Seasons alum, and J.J., currently enrolled in the Winter Room. Growing up in a licensed home daycare is where her love for caregiving originated. Jenni spent summers working at park and rec children’s programs in her hometown, and, after getting a Medical Assistant degree from Rasmussen College, cared for the elderly and the disabled. She opened her own licensed daycare before having children and has been a stay-at-home mom for the last four years. She is happy to start back at work where her love for children and for caregiving have finally crossed paths.

  • Erin Weaver

    Preschool Teacher

Erin teaches part-days in the Autumn Room. She has a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and a master’s degree in Parent and Family Education. She has worked with many young children and their families over the years, most recently as a family educator in a local school district. She has a passion for getting children outside and likes to hike with her family when she is not working. She also has a special place in her heart for visiting the seniors upstairs. There is something special about watching the grandparents and preschoolers interact with each other. She has been working at All Seasons since 2023.
