Amy Lemieux holds a B.A. in Psychology and Elementary Education from the University of Saint Thomas, and an M.A. in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin. She has taught elementary school for eight years and supervised student teachers for five years. She is the founder and owner of both All Seasons Preschools.
Joanne Esser holds a B.S. in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, an M. Ed. in Early Childhood Education from the University of Minnesota and an MFA in Creative Writing from Hamline University. She taught elementary grades in progressive schools for twelve years and was a school administrator for five years. Then she taught preschool for fourteen years before coming to All Seasons as a director and art studio teacher.
Mariel Goettsch holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy with a minor in psychology from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN. She has spent the last 10 years working with children as an OT within the outpatient clinic environment. Mariel is now pursuing a new adventure with teaching at All Seasons while continuing to work privately as an OT and parent coach.
Sarah Sivright holds a Studio Art B.A. from Carleton College and an M.A. in Child Development from the Erikson Institute in Chicago. She has worked for over 20 years as an early childhood and art educator, as well as a school director. Sarah is a co-founder of All Seasons along with Amy. She "retired" in 2020 and now serves as an occasional substitute teacher here.
Roxanne Zeller graduated with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul. She previously worked as a teacher's aide in an intergenerational setting for four years. Roxie did her student teaching assignment here at All Seasons, and after observing and supervising her work with children, we knew she would be a perfect fit here.
