Amy Lemieux is one of the founders and the owner of All Seasons Preschool. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Elementary Education from the University of Saint Thomas, and an M.A. in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin. She has taught elementary school for eight years and supervised student teachers for five years.

Joanne Esser is the director of All Seasons Preschool of Eagan as well as the art studio teacher here. Joanne holds a B.S. in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, an M. Ed. in Early Childhood Education from the University of Minnesota and an MFA in Creative Writing from Hamline University.  Early in her career, she taught primary grades in progressive elementary schools for twelve years, and then became a school administrator for five years. Recognizing that she was especially drawn to the youngest learners, Joanne shifted from elementary school to teaching early childhood education. She taught at a nature-based preschool and Pre-K at a local independent school for fourteen years before coming to All Seasons in 2019.

Roxanne Zeller teaches part-days in the preschool classroom. She graduated with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul.  She previously worked as a teacher's aide in an intergenerational setting for four years.  Roxie did her student teaching assignment here at All Seasons, and after observing and supervising her work with children, we knew she would be a perfect fit here.

Ruby Kramer teaches full-days in the preschool classroom. She graduated from St. Olaf College with a B.A. in Psychology and a concentration in neuroscience. She worked as a Behavior Technician with children who have special needs at Fraser in Minneapolis before joining All Seasons in 2021.

Abbie Krohn is a teacher in the toddler class. Abbie holds a BA in Theater and is currently finishing her MA in Environmental Education and Natural Science. In the past decade, she's taken on a variety of roles in early childhood education, ranging from teaching at the Minneapolis Children's Theater to being a naturalist through the DNR's "No Child Left Inside" program. Incorporating imagination, storytelling, and child-led play in outdoor settings is where her passion lies, and she is so excited to be joining the staff at All Seasons in 2023.

Kaitlin Ziehr teaches in the toddler classroom. She has a BFA in Theater Original Works, as well as a Masters degree in Environmental Education and Natural Science. This is her third year teaching in a nature-based preschool program, and she also currently works as a naturalist with Dakota County Parks.
