Our Staff

All Seasons Preschool will be led by Directors Amy Lemieux and Sarah Sivright.

Amy Lemieux holds a B.A. in Psychology and Elementary Education from the University of Saint Thomas, and an M.A. in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin. She has taught elementary school for eight years and supervised student teachers for five years.

Sarah Sivright holds a Studio Art B.A. from Carleton College and an M.A. in Child Development from the Erikson Institute in Chicago. She has worked for over 20 years as an early childhood and art educator, as well as a school director.

Sarah Kern graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and an a M.A. in Education with a concentration in Early Childhood. She taught both toddlers and preschoolers at a Montessori school and a nature school. 

Jenny Kleppe holds a B.A. in Child Development and Preschool Teaching from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, teaching licenses in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education, and a M.A in Education from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. 

Rita Thoemke holds a B.A. from Drake University where she majored in Sociology and minored in Psychology. She has worked as a paraprofessional in an elementary school setting with experience in special education and preschool classrooms.

Amanda Janquart holds a B.S. in Natural Resource Management with an emphasis in Environmental Education from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point. Pursuing a passion to combine early childhood education with nature, she is working toward a Master's degree in Early Education. She has worked as a preschool teacher who gets children outdoors since 2000.

Kylen Glassmann holds a Bachelor's of Music in Musical Theatre from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and a teaching license and Master's in Early Childhood Education from the University of Minnesota.  She has spent time teaching in both preschool and elementary school and has worked with young children in music and theatre.

Tracy Riekenberg holds B.A. and B.S. degrees from St. Cloud State University and a Masters of Arts in Teaching from the University of St. Thomas. She has worked with children ages birth to 5th grade, most recently in the Early Childhood Family Education program in St. Paul Public Schools.
